These terms apply to your use of aerotex.ca, operated by Aerotex Interiors Inc. (“Aerotex”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to them. Orders and quotes are also covered by our Terms of Sale, and personal information by our Privacy Policy.
1. Using this website
You may use this website to learn about Aerotex, browse our products and services, request quotes and contact us. You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian. We may refuse service, suspend access or end these terms if they are not followed.
2. Product and technical information
We work to keep product descriptions, part numbers, photos, colours and specifications accurate, but the website is for general information. Colours can look different on screen, and photos may show a typical item rather than the exact part supplied.
Information on this site does not replace the approved data, manuals or regulatory requirements for your aircraft. Suitability, eligibility and airworthiness for a specific aircraft or installation are confirmed by Aerotex and the responsible maintenance organization, not by the website alone. Certification documents shown on the site apply only within their stated scope and limitations.
3. Quotes, prices and orders
A quote request is not an order and does not require payment. Our team reviews each request and confirms pricing, availability and suitability. Prices, availability and product details may change without notice, and we may correct errors before an order is confirmed.
We may limit or cancel quantities or orders, for example if information is incomplete or a product is no longer available, and we will let you know if we do. Delivery, risk, payment, returns and restocking fees are set out in our Terms of Sale.
4. Your information and submissions
Please give us accurate and complete information when you request a quote or place an order, and keep it up to date. Files and details you send us (such as drawings, photos and specifications) are used to prepare your quote and complete your work. You confirm you have the right to share them with us.
If you send us ideas or feedback about our website or services, we may use them without any obligation to you. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
5. Third-party tools and links
Some features use services from other companies, such as our website platform (Shopify) and our quote request tool. Links may take you to other websites, such as Transport Canada. We do not control those services or sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and policies apply.
6. Content and trademarks
The text, photos, drawings, logos and other content on this website belong to Aerotex or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own business use, but you may not copy, sell or republish the content without our written permission. Aircraft manufacturer names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify compatible products.
7. What you may not do
You may not use this website to:
- break any law or regulation, or encourage others to;
- submit false or misleading information, or pretend to be someone else;
- upload viruses or harmful code, or interfere with the site’s security or operation;
- collect other people’s personal information, or scrape, spider or crawl the site in bulk;
- harass, abuse or threaten anyone, or infringe anyone’s intellectual property.
8. Warranties and liability
The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. Warranties for products and services are those stated in our quotes and Terms of Sale.
To the extent allowed by law, Aerotex and its directors, employees and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of this website. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they apply only as far as the law permits.
9. Indemnity
You agree to cover Aerotex for claims, losses and reasonable legal costs that result from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the website.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right right away, we have not given it up.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
